source code downloaded for the book Professional ASP.NET 2.0 XML (Chapter 9) doesn't contain source code for AirlineReservationsLib library for the case study "AirlineReservations". It also doesn't have the sql script for the database "AirlineReservation",without which we can't run and understand the case study in full. I'll appreciate if you will mail me the source code and database script for this case study.
