Looks like definitions for methods: Button1_Click() and Button2_Click() are not included in Chapter 2, Listing 2-16: 'Using the UpdateMode and ChildrenAsTriggers Properties'. The AsyncPostBackTrigger entries for each button name the 'Click' event. However, the button entries do not name an 'OnClick' handler.
