In Chapter 1, page 5 discusses page structure options and the differences between Inline coding and the code-behind model. I clearly understand both concepts as well as how partial classes work. However, what happened to the web form designer generated code that was placed for you automatically within a #Region section shown in Listing 1-2 on page 6 when utilizing ASP.NET 1.0/1.1?
I can't find it in the .aspx and .aspx.vb files. Is this code no longer utilized or is it in yet another file essentially breaking up the partial class amongst three files?
I was just wondering if the case ever arose to modify the web form designer generated code for a particular .aspx page where could that code be found now as well as to satisfy my own curiosity?
