Default Type 'Calculator' is not defined

Please excuse my ignorance. I am taking a continuing education class and we are using this book for some reason instead of the beginner book. Anyway - I opened the file calculator.aspx and tried running it when I get the type not defined error. I am not sure where or how to define it.

Thanks.
