Default Chapter 11 Table Pages

I'm attaching a PDF of the tables from chapter 11. It's been correctly pointed out that in other ebook formats, these tables do not display well. So here they are for ebook customers to be able to read.

We're going to update the printed book with this information in a new format at the next reprint and we'll provide new ebooks to ebook retailers as well. However, unfortunately most 3rd party ebook retailers don't automatically update ebooks for customers who have already purchased them.

Really, the issue here is that this information shouldn't have been in a table. It's too much text for a table to be the right information architecture and the editors should have coached the authors on a better way to present it. I've used this as an example with the editors on the kind of feedback we can do a better job with in the editorial process.

Oct 13, 2011 update: I've attached a new version of the PDF for these pages with the tables converted to easier to read section text with headings. I hope you find this useful.
