Default Missing Code

Hi,
Is there a list somewhere of what NuGet commands to use to install the code chapter by chapter?

In the book some of the authors tell you this but others don't bother. For instance, I'm at chapter 8 on Ajax but the solution doesn't compile because the MusicStoreEntities model class is missing!

You can find a list of packages here:

http://nuget.org/packages?q=ProMvc3

The documentation for NuGet is available here:

http://docs.nuget.org/docs/start-here/overview

Hope that helps!

Thanks Brad. I've got the code now. Unfortunately I still can't get the solution to build.

Is it possible to get the code working by following the examples in the book? Or are the examples merely illustrative?

It seems to me that the big flaw with using NuGet in this way is that each chapter depends on all the code up to that point working. If there are any problems along the way you're stuck unless you start again from page 1!

When code downloads contained separate zip files for each chapter it at least gave you a "clean slate" in case things went wrong.

Angry

I concur with tehl. I've been having trouble following the text all along having to supply missing using statements to make the code work. Now I'm stuck on page 96 tring to figure out how to resolve the 'storeDB' reference. Where is it defined? How would I know?
