I've created an empty solution but how do I "add a new Component Library project"

I don't seem to have anything like this to choose from in VS2008 in add new project?

I just did a 'Class Library' in the end because if you download the example code and go to properties of the RoomReservationData project the 'Output type' is 'Class Library'.

I could be wrong but this is my guess and googling didnt help.
