Default VS 2003 coverage is distraction

the title of this book is:
Professional DotNetNuke4: Open Source Web Application for ASP.NET[u] 2.0</u>

Why the authors decided to use Visual Studio 2003 for so much of the module development information is beyond me. Given that the title of the book states that the book is for ASP.NET 2.0 I would have assumed the coverage to use VS 2005 tools.

Had I known the coverage was mostly of VS 2003 and ASP.NET 1.1 I would never have bought this book.
