Default How to configure module

Once I get the GuestbookCS module imported correctly, I get the error message:
'This module has not been configured and is not accepting input at this time for 'Sign Guestbook CS' and
'This module has not yet been configured. Please check back later' for Guestbook CS.

What do I need to do to configure a module?

Thanks
