When running this step I get 'Problem with the database'

sqlResult is 1

However, am able to run the sql successfully in SQLite Manager.

How do I track down the problem with excuting the sql?

I believe you are referring to this book, as my Chapter 2 is on Alerts, Action Sheets and Modal Views:

However since you stopped by. If I were you, I would try to do a build - clean on your project and in the simulator delete the app by click and hold till the icons start to wiggle and an (X) appears. Click on the (X) to remove the app, quit the simulator and re-run from Xcode again.

What version of Xcode do you have installed and what SDK ?

I did a clean build and deleted the app in the simulator, but get the same result.

console output is:

2011-05-29 14:24:00.820 Catalog[3025:207] sqlResult is 1

I am using ios 4.3 iPhone simulator. What should I be using?

re-did the chapter from scratch.

Drilled the basics in my head.

Displaying properly now.
