Default Chapter 10: I cannot see any videoscreen

Hi,

I have tested the Videoplayback but I cannot see any picture. I have installed all actual sdks etc. : Mono Develop 2.4.2 , Monotouch 3.2.4 (also tried with other versions), the actual Apple iOS SDK
The very simple example Multimedia_6 compiles without errors, but on the simulator (iPhone 4.2) I can only hear the sound and a white screen.
When starting on the simulater I see the Error:
Error connecting stdout and stderr (127.0.0.1:10001)

Closing the app on the simulator produces an additional error.

Can somebody help me?

Andi

When closing the App on the simulator I get an error...

here my System:

Version: 3.2 (10M2423)
Location: /Developer
Applications:
Xcode: 3.2.5 (1760)
Interface Builder: 3.2.5 (823)
Instruments: 2.7 (3017)
Dashcode: 3.0.2 (333)
SDKs:
Mac OS X:
10.4: (8S2167)
10.5: (9L31a)
10.6: (10M2423)
iPhone OS:
4.2: (8C134)
iPhone Simulator:
3.2: (7W367a)
4.0: (8A400)
4.1: (8B117)
4.2: (8C134)

Now I have the full version an tested it on my iPod with the same result! Only white screen but with sound. The video plays the correct length an finish with the right event. When I directly link to my video.mov it plays ok with pictures and sound (Quicktime). Also another codec did not change anything.

Thank you for any help

Andreas
