Try to use your code examples
Hello,
Thanks for your nice work and putting together such a good book about
the actual famous javascript frameworks  . I am pretty much amazed about
the ExtJS framework and I know the learning curve for this framework is steep in the beginning and your book seems to be a very convenient guide for it. So I downloaded your code examples and jumped right away in your ExtJS examples. I tried out the tree (Tree.html) but it did not work on either webserver (IIS or Apache)!  Only one node is loaded in the browser!
Is there maybe something missing with the code examples?
