Default Ch 16 creating a repository and user

Ch 16, section Subversion (SVN), there are some steps that the text skips by or mentions too late. Following step 5, p 528, a pencil icon note mentions the creation of a repository. You should have done this right after downloading Subversion. Open the VisualSVN Server Manager app and in the left pane select the top node, VisualSVN Server. There will be a 'Create New Repository' link in the right pane. Hit that link and complete the process.

You will also want to add a user to the Users folder. In step 5b, when I entered a repository URL, I was informed that I needed to log in; I had to enter the name and password of a user that I had added to the Users folder.

Also, I don't see the + symbols next to files awaiting initial insertion.
