Default AdventureWorksDW Multidimensional OLAP database

Working through chapter 10 exercise to create a data source using Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services. I am not sure how to configure an OLAP database to use for this exercise. It appears as if I can restore a .abf file but I'm not sure where to find it.

Default AdventureWorksDW Multidimensional OLAP database

I found the .abf file on the Wrox website. Now I need to restore it to an OLAP database. I'm in SQL Management Studio. I have a SQL instance that supports both database engine and Analysis services. I would expect when making a connection to the instance that I could switch the server type from "Database Engine" although this drop down box is disabled. Am I missing an update/add on to SQL Management Studio?

Found the problem! I needed to install the complete management tools from the SQL Server 2012 install disc. I only had the basic installed.
