The add and publishers site both mention a CD and DVD. Yet twice from Amazon, one being returned, neither a CD nor DVD.

Probably the best thing to do at this point is contact Wrox customer service and they'll arrange to get you the CD and DVD. If they can't, contact me through the forum and I'll find a way to get this to you.
