Chapter11-ProposalManager.zip Password Protected ?
Chapter11-ProposalManager asks me for a password for some of the files in the zip as the zip is being extracted, is there a password for this ?

Ian: I just downloaded and unzipped 11 and the Chapter11-ProposalManager zip in it without hitting a password. I wonder if maybe the zip corrupted in the download and is being incorrectly identified as being password protected. Can you try downloading again and unzipping?

I re-downloaded but the exact same problem re-occurs unfortunately. I used HTTP download link.
I did not experience the problem with the other dowmoaded zips, say for chapters 8 and 16.
