Question Chapter 11 - DDF file missing from ProposalManager Solution
The Chapter 11 source code for the ProposalManager solution contains a wsp file, but it does not include the ddf file source from which the wsp file is created.

Where can I get a copy of the ddf file for this solution?

The WSP file is generated automatically by the Visual Studio Tools for Windows SharePoint Services (VSeWSS) tool. You can find the DDF file in the bin\solution folder.
