Default code to come?

hello, First thanks for such an amazing book! There is so much knowledge in here, this is a book I will keep with in reaching distance at all working times. I am currently on Chapter 14 (Monitoring Events) on page 417. It says 'we have provided a trace template on this book's website ... can import into your SQL Server Profiler ... When I try to find code downloads for this book, it does not show up on the list. Is it possible that it is just too new right now?

Thanks again for the EXCELLENT book!

Thanks for the kind words!
I am impressed that you have already read through Chapter 14.
I will talk with the team to determine when code samples will be made available for download from the site.

We all hope that you continue to find this book useful in all of your SQL Server 2005 endeavors.

UPDATE 12/13/2006 10:00 EST:
Brian Knight, co-author and Bob Elliott, Executive Editor Wrox Press have both informed me that the code will be posted today. Enjoy and Thanks!

Hi Joe,

Got it! Thanks for your help and thanks for the book.
(i also just scored a sweet new 2005 DBA job and I know some of the knowledge gained, especially chapters 11-16 helped me on the tech tests).

happy holidays
