On the top of page 125, under the heading "Saving the Package," it is said that there will be more information about deploying to a server later in the chapter. I am not able to find this information.

I was hoping this book would have some information about setting up and using packages in a prodcution environment but don't see where that info would be yet (I have not read the whole thing yet).

Looking ahead (I have read that far yet) it looks like Chapter 18 has some information on saving/import packages to servers. Ya might check that out.
