Red face How to handel large xml data

Hi,
Actully I am getting XML output of around 239,000 records from stored procedure, and using XSLT file I am transforming this data into XLS file but due to large data I am not able to transform this data.
Do you have any idea for this problem.

Thanks
Sanjay Khot
