Disappointed in Chapter 5
I'm reading through chapter 5 now and I have to say I'm disappointed. This is a book about test-driven development. All the examples in chapter 5 start with business code and then show the unit tests after. Sure, the chapter explains how to use Ninject, etc., but it doesn't show how the use of these tools flows from a TDD workflow. Looking at the download code doesn't help a lot because it isn't the end result that is useful, it is the process to get to the end result.
I hope things get better in chapter 6.
