Default Application Configuration Files Correction

The code on page 117 for the diagnostics section of the configuration file appears to contain incorrect information left over from the Beta days. Remove the ",system, " from the type attribute in the configuration file. I found this information on the web site below and my event log testing did not work until I removed that word.
