Default about windows installer prerequisities

Hi:

In windows installer, under the prerequisites page, is that means
if I choose the framework the application needs, and click the Download
prerequisites from the same location as my application, the installer will
automated include the framework installation files to the *.exe.

And if not, is it possible to implement that, thanks a lot.
