Default No Management Classes in VS2015 in Server Explorer

I am not finding a place to report errata for this book at this time, but the book has a discussion of how to how to use Management Classes from Server Explorer in the UI, in Chapter 9, under "Server Connections". This material is largely incorrect, because "Management Classes" does not appear under Server Explorer, or anywhere else as far as I can tell, in Visual Studio 2015. It seems to be relevant only to Visual Studio 2013 and perhaps earlier Visual Studio:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ (continued) 34438045/management-classes-missing-in-visual-studio-server-explorer

This should be removed from future editions and included in Errata.

The same applies to Management Events. Neither Management Classes nor Management Events appears under a server name in Server Explorer in Visual Studio 2015. Management Events is also discussed in Chapter 9 of the book.
