Default first time

Hello my name is ali
this is the first time that I use VSTO
well I have started reading the first chapter of the book professional VSTO
well visual studion on my pc shows the Excel-Adin instead of ExcelWorkbook as shown in the book so I can't see the excel sheet in the designer any suggestions?
I want to follow with the book's instructions
