Default Would the authors please provide the code they used to get their application working?

I'm disappointed that with all these requests, the authors still have not taken the time to help us get their sample application up and running.

Instead of taking time to either upgrade the application or create a download of the files they were using when they wrote the book, they've chosen to let their readers (presumably not experts, or we wouldn't have needed the book!) struggle through it until we finally give up.

I've purchased scores of Wrox titles, and my experience with this one has been uniquely frustrating. For the distingushed authors, it shouldn't be that difficult to include a link to all of the installation files required along with brief instructions on how to install them in order to get the sample applications working. The moderator gives reasons for not doing this, but they pale in comparision to the almost universal difficulties we the readers have encountered attempting to work through the sample code. The knowledge of how to do so is preciously what I hoped to gain by purchasing the book.

If you have archive files available, please post them along with the necessary instructions. Until the code is made available, I can't recommend this book.
