I kinda new to using C# and wondering how to write an application that can take a digital certificate off of a smart card and attach it to data that you enter and then store that information in probably a SQL Express Database. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Use CAPICOM from microsoft.. it will help you. That is what we used to get data off of a smart card.
Search CAPICOM in msdn and you will see the assembly.
