SMS gateway Problem

Hi ,

I'm developing a application for an US Client which has a feature to send sms to Nextel (Model 1265) handset at a specific Port No.- 10000.

i will really thankful , if someone can provide some onformation regarding this. Is there any web service or API which can help me implement this.
