How do we can upload a file using Web services from a client (Windows forms with C#.NET) as we can do file upload using file stream .........in my project .................?

Create a web method that accepts a byte array. You can then create a FileStream from the byte array and save the file.

On the client end, you load the file into a FileStream, then get the stream's bytes to send to the web server.
