Need Help with Classic ASP on Window Server 2008 R2

A Classic ASP (32 Bit) website is hosted on Windows Server 2008 R2 (VMWARE). It is connecting to Oracle 11g database to RAC environment. Issue is ASP application is working too slow. Could anyone please help me?

When I troubleshoot failed request using tracing, everything looks ok but still ASP pages are slow. First time when we try to browse any page it takes time and then they are fine till the time we keep browsing application pages. As soon as we stop browsing them and get back to the same page (in after couple of mins) it takes time to load the page.

Same Classic ASP application works fine when configured under Windows Server 2003 R2.
