How does MAC system work and how does the private key and the public key works?

This forum is for Mac OS X, not MAC (Media (Medium) Access Control). I'm also not sure what your question is. MAC is an addressing mechanisim, where priviate/public key cryptography is a seperate mechanisim that works individually of MAC.
