Crystal Report Application Server Issues
Hi all,
I am using Visual Studio.NET and Crystal Enterprise Report Application Server 9.0 on a project. I have encountered following issues while browsing reports from Internet Explorer:
1) Maximum number of print jobs has been reached.
2) When I export using Word and select "All" pages, but only first page of report gets exported.
I have searched in different forums and knowledge bases but it seams that nobody knows how to fix these issues. Just wondering if anyone of you came across these issues and knows the fix.
Thanks in advance :).
Akhtar

We had the same problem with RAS. The report application service (RAS) is run by an account which was setup specifically to run the crystal RAS reports. We decided to make this user part of the systems admin group in production and once this was done, the problem has not happened since and reports appear to be working fine.
