Default Something about li and ul

Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=big5" />
<title>Test</title>
<style type="text/css">
<!--
#pm ul{list-style: circle;}
#pm li{display:inline}
-->
</style>
</head>

<body>
<div id="pm">
  [list]
    <li>#21</li>
    <li>From: sfs00784</li>
    <li>Topic: test[<a href="">Read</a>]</li>
  </ul>
  [list]
    <li>#22</li>
    <li>From: sfs00784</li>
    <li>Topic: test[<a href="">Read</a>]</li>
  </ul>
</div>
</body>
</html>
I want to display:

    * #21 From: sfs00784 Topic: test [Read]

Default

ul encloses an unordered list, li encloses each element so you need one ul element and on li element for each line to display:
Code:
[list]
  <li>#21 From: sfs00784 Topic: test [<a href="">Read</a>]</li>
  <li>#22 From: sfs00784 Topic: test [<a href="">Read</a>]</li>
</ul>
