Default Fireworks - Bring to Front

I have a new image in FW2004. I have put a dark blue box in the images and i want white text inside it.

How do i bring the text-to-front. So that it sits on top of the box??

open the or goto windows/layers panel and you'll see you can drag n drop the layers around.
