Hi there,
It's not about making a simple configuration change in Dreamweaver to fix this. Building cross-browser sites is something you need to do right from the start: build and test your site for multiple browsers and test every major change in all major browser.
There are literally millions of things that can go wrong and that result in differences between the various browsers. From missing doc types, non standard CSS or HTML to JavaScript that specifically targets IE.
So, all in all, it's impossible to suggest a fix without seeing the real problem. Is there a live URL we can look at?

Yeah, I see differences too. Can't really explain the differences in the Flash animation.
Other elements, like the miss aligned content (not centered under the animation) appears in IE7 and in FireFox.
Not sure how it's supposed to look like so I can't comment much. I suggest you to talk to your web developers as ultimately they're responsible for these kind of issues.
