Good Morning,

I have a large tool (designed in VBA), which is about to be rolled out across my business. However, I dont want every user to click enable macros every time they open the tool (spreadhseet).

How do I go about doing this, as users are using Excel 97 and Excel 2003

your easiest option is probably going to be self-signed digital certificates. Digital signatures are faily easy to set up and as long as they are stored in a trusted location users can open any spreadsheet containing macros which are signed.
