Default disable the hide button in the pivot menu

Hi,

With the command .enableitemselection it is possibe that users can not filter anymore. but when you click on the right mouse button within a pivot table you still see the option hide. If I hide a certain row in the pivot, it is impossible to get that data back because the pivotfields are disabled (which is good)
How can I disable the hide button as well?

rgrds,

Paul.
