depends upon the version of excel you have.

goto menu bar-data-import external data (get externaldata)
new webquery
in that window copy the url in the top small window
 if the excel versionis 2002 or above. there will be arrows on the tba tabes and click the arrow of the table you require the arrow turns to tick mark and click import (bottom right) and then it is interactive.

try
