Default Excel 2000 upgrade to Excel 2007

I have several excel files with functions written in VBA that work fine in Excel 2000.
Now I have some clients with excel 2007 in which these files don't work in i.e. the fields with the VB functions show #NAME?
What needs to be done to update these files (At present I don't have Excel 2007)
