Default dll error while exporting to Excel

I have uploaded my project in site and given a link to Export to excel. If I click on that link its giving error.

COM object with CLSID {0002E510-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} is either not valid or not registered. .

But locally its working fine. I am using OWC dll.
