I am new to vb.net.I just ran in to this error.
My question is where can i find this config file ?

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

You need to have an application config file which will be either
1. An exe's config file. In visual studio, this is an "app.config" file that turns into "myapplication.exe.config" when you compile.
2. A "web.config" file in an ASP.NET application.

Or you can find that setting in your machine.config file typically found at:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\CONFI G\machine.config

When I start up a Halo modding program (entity), it start's off fine untill I try to open the 'Raw Editor' this used MS DirectX which I have no idea what it does, I downloaded it and it still doesnt work. ok so when i get there what do i do, u may have said this but can u explain it a little better if u dont mind

o yeah i have vista but i dont think that it will matter but just to put that on the table
