I'm a 24 year old Electronics & Telecommunication engineer who is living in MACEDONIA. With knowledge in marketing, more precise in advertising. I run my own advertising company.
In my country there is no Macedonian messenger and there is a big market for advertising if there was a national messenger.
I have no time to create a messenger, but I was told that it's easy and I can't find a person in this time that can help me do it.
If somebody can make the messenger and is interested in a partnership, we can make a lot of money. I have the contacts, I just need a partner with skills in programing. No traveling is nesesery, It can all be done over the internet.

I do not know that I would use the term "easy" to describe this type of application.

You have 2 different secnarios here:

1. Create a messaging system much like Meebo or Trillian that allows a user of your application talk to people on different networks such as AOL Instant Messenger or Yahoo Instant Messenger. But, in any event, someone using your application would have to have an account with AOL or Yahoo.

2. You are propsing to create your own Messaging Network which would require that you purchase Servers/Hosting space to relay your network traffic and create a client (the application a user would have) to get those relayed messages.

Item #1 is an easier implmentation then #2 but neither of them are trivial tasks.

Doug, thanks for answering my question. I'm more interested in the second proposal that you give me.

 But if we can:
1. Put pop up commercial adds in the messenger.
2. And if we can make it to connect to "yahoo,skype and msn" messengers( because they are most popular in my country).
3. And to make it in Macedonian language( so it's more user friendly for people that don't speak English ).

Then the first proposal is even better.

If you (Doug), or anybody else is interested and have time to make,control and take care of the messenger, and I'll do the marketing part.
I have all the means to make it work commercially, I just need the programmer.
