exe is not a valid win32 application

hello friends..
please help me..
i have written some code in VB.NET using VS2003. but whenever i try to execute my program using .exe file in the bin folder then it gives me error "<filename>.exe is not a valid win32 application."
when i build my code an try again then it starts working fine.. But only for some time...after one or two days it starts giving same error. and again i have build it to make my exe working fine..
i m using crystal reports in my application.

any one have any idea please help me
