Default javascript in asp.net

hi all.
i am having a form with a single button named SAVE.
on that button i have many .net validator controls. after all that validation completes i want to ask user "Are u sure?" with confirm function of javascript.

but not on submit of page, but on the client side so that if user click No then page do not get submit.

can anyone help
any help would be appreciated.
