Default How do disable Menu bar & address bar for browser

Hello
Do you use html or Javascript to disable menu bar & address bar for browser.

Also, how to disable these things?

--menubar=0 does the trick while opening a new window.

similarly for addressbar, use addressbar=0 or 1 as per your need.
