Infopath 2003 Error

Hi,

Whenever I try and create a new form on one of my Infopath systems, it keeps coming up with the following error message:-

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I have taken out all data connections which were not being used etc but keep getting the same message.

Any help would be great, thanks.
