Default Users in IIS

Hi,

Im trying to set up an IIS FTP server, having a few problem though!!

Just some quick questions. Do users in IIS have to be a windows account user, or can you create users another way?

Also is it possible to set a different FTP home dir per user or do they all have to use the same home dir?

Thanks in advance for any help,
James
