What do you guys do when you are facing serious technical difficulties in understanding and writing some piece of code?how do you tackle such tough situations?

I have some experience in programming. i get stuck up every now and then.i can get the logic but i find it difficult to implement. I try hard. But it is depressing.

There are a lot of ways to deal with this.

One approach is to build up a "network" of fellow programmers who live or work near you who do similar work. Each of you can turn to the others for help and for code reviews.

There are a number of developers groups around the world for every programming language. Perhaps there is one near where you live. There are almost always knowledgeable people at these meetings who are happy to help.

Posting questions on forums like this one can often result in a workable solution.

Read, study, make prototypes, spike, etc.

Newsgroups can be a great help as well, and google searches almost always turn up useful info.

Have fun,
Woody Z.
