  WHAT IS STRINGUTIL AND WHAT CAN BE USED IN EQIVALENT TO THAT..LIKE

   IN CODE WHERE I SAW

     OUT.PRINTLN("<TD>" +STRINGUTIL(FIRSTNAME)+"</TD>

     THE STRINGUTIL USED ONLY WHEN WE INCLUDE THE PACKAGE WHICH IS BRAIYNSOFTWARE.JAVA.STRINGUTIL. NOW I DONT HAVE THAT WITH, SO WHAT CAN I USE IN THAT CODE INSTEAD OF THAT....
