Arrow roll over

Can I have functionality of rollover on my website. That is on the top right corner I have some image rolled over to some extent but when I move mouse over that image it rolls to the half of page and on removing mouse it comes back to its original shape.

Anything like this would be done in JavaScript, in the browser.
